This is a common method for concealing micros but until I hid this cache it had only been used once in Lincoln. Now, years later, I maybe should change the name to "Lincoln Needed One in 2005" or "Lincoln Doesn't Need Anymore Like This" If you have seen this before you should find the cache very quickly. If you haven't you may be puzzled for a bit but this method will never fool you again.
On weekdays, you must have a permit to park adjacent to the cache but there's free parking on the streets nearby. I placed the cache on a weekday and my GPS said I was parked .17 Miles away. You should be able to get closer in the evening and on weekends.
Additional note: I only hid this because my daughter, who was the cache reviewer at the time, worked in the state capital and she disliked this sort of hide after finding a gazillion of them on a 24 hour search during Geowoodstock in Nashville. I put it right where she usually parked.
This is an good cache for people working on the State Capital Quest, GCV7NG.Link You can easily get your required photo here.
