Come and contemplate peace in the forest. This cache is dedicated to world peace - we can never have too much of that.
A short walk - or even quicker MTB ride - will get you to this cache. There used to be another cache very near here, but it got seriously muggled and is now permanently archived.
Park at the usual entrance to Bottle Lake off Waitikiri Drive, and follow your GPS. Sidle up to GZ and sit a while beside the flax bush to contemplate the peaceful pond. Wish all passers-by a peaceful day. Dream of and plan for world peace for all peoples. Forgive those world leaders who seem to have lost the plot.
Now stretch out your hand and find the cache - the muggles surely won't notice you at all. Take your time to sign the logbook and leisurely return it to its hiding-place.
The cache is a 200ml camo snaplock, with logbook, pencils, sharpeners - and bootlaces, tiny toy monkey and two coins - a US dime and a French 10centime (to remind those countries that peace is the most important thing in the world.
