Small ammo can, just off trail in Pine Bend County Park. Just under two miles from intersection of US 31 and Croswell St. Not really a multi- in my mind but asked to list it as such as listed coordinates are not for the cache but for plaques in parking lot from which you determine the cache's coordinates.
This spot has some very interesting history behind it, which learning a little more about is the first part of this hunt. This park leads to miles of trails; in fact it connects with Hemlock Crossings Park via the Pigeon River Greenway. But don’t worry; getting to the cache is just a little over a half mile round trip on easy, nice forest paths. To get to the park, go south off Croswell St on 156th Ave then east on Polk to parking lot.
The coordinates above will take you to a set of informational plaques about the history of the spot located in a corner of the parking lot. I found them and the restoration project going on very interesting. From the plaques, determine the winter the first Styx Hall collapsed under snow weight; use this four digit number (for example the winter of 1997-98 would equal 9798) as AAAA in the equations below. Use the year the second Styx Hall was destroyed by winds as the four digit number BBBB. Now that you’ve had your history lesson, figure out the coordinates for the cache by doing these subtraction problems.

The answers are the coordinates to the cache. The cache is just off a trail, so stay on the paths until you’re within twenty feet or so of it. Please make sure to put canister back so it is not easily spotted by mistake. Thanks, We hope you enjoy the hunt and the history.
