"You can't catch me!" Multi-Cache

When school let out for summer my daycare kids made a goal to hide a cache before school begins in fall. This is the location they picked because they love this place and want lots of kids (of all ages) to find it, they worked out the clues themselves so do this with your kids if you can.
The listed coordinates are for a small park by a local medical center that kids love to play “tag” in. Children use this area frequently throughout the year irregardless of the weather.
Glad to say this cache is back in running now that construction is finished for the new ER.
The final is in a new location due to construction and blackberry bushes blocking old location.
The container is a quart snap and lock.
At the posted Coordinate collect the following information.
A = C– 1
B = number of picnic tables in the vicinity
C = large clear bubbles on this apparatus
D = the number of yellow slides = D
E = B + C + D

Final is within walking distance.
Congratulations to Terrible Ts for FTF! in 2005.
First finder in the new location will find a clean log and some coins from African countries.
3/24/12 Congratulations to CachPur, GirNess and nailzri for FTF after a year being down due to construction. Good comment about the smoking.
