Geocache Description:


Bishop Ranch Open Space is a nice park that not too many people know about with some great views. This cache is named for the view from a few feet away. One can see Dublin, San Ramon, Danville, Alamo and a great view of Mt. Diablo. Please post your pictures of the view.

Recently, I finally found the only cache that remained in this park and noticed there was a lot of space for a new one. This cache is placed near the highest point on the trails in the park (roughly 1000 ft elevation). The best access is to park at the end of Paddock Drive and enter at the trailhead there. It is about a 400 ft climb over about 0.75 miles, therefore the 2 terrain rating. The walk is on fire roads until about 40 ft from the cache.
