Take the Mirror Lake Road to the Trial Lake turn off and follow the signs to the Crystal Lake Trailhead. This was one of our favorite "secret" spot and now it's a parking lot. The difficulty is rated a three because there are a few steep sections between lakes. But the overall hike is not difficult.
The cache is a 4" x 6" waterproof container with a log book and pencil. There is really no room for swag. Please do not force items into the container and spring the closing clips. This cache was set for those who like to hike. Please check out the Clyde Lake Uinta Cache further up the trail and the Cliff Lake Cache back down the trail. Happy caching!
You can take a short cut to the Clyde Lake Uinta Cache by picking up the trail at N40'41.796, W110'58.237 rather than going back down to the trail at Watson Lake.
