We have always loved Zzyzx Road. Can't tell you why, but it's fun
to stop and say we've been here!
The cache is a standard ammo box. There are a few other caches in
the area, and we really, really, wanted to put one here too! Follow
the gravel road. If you have a low clearance vehicle, watch for the
soft sand. If you stop early, you can walk to it, then up the hill.
Our mini-van made it to the base without trouble at all.
