Geocache Description:

A simple cache in the rolling green countryside near the village of Burton, Lincolnshire.

This, our first cache, takes you on a nice stroll close to the pretty village of Burton. There is no carpark in the village so park somewhere sensible and then head off for a public bridleway which takes you through a gate and into rolling green fields towards the village of South Carlton.

Enjoy the view with Burton Ridge on your right and the plains of Lincolnshire to the left. You will not need to stray from the bridleway or cross any fences to find the cache. You will go through a number of field gates so please be sure to shut them securely or leave them as you find them.

The cache needs to be replaced the right way around (you'll understand why once you have found it!).
