This cache is at Silver Lake park in Dover
Silver Lake is nice little city park located in Dover De. There is a great playground for the little ones, a bunch of picnic tables and of course a lake. There is a boat ramp for those inclined- however you do need a ramp permit which you can get in Dover for $5. The cache is located near the water on a short but nice trail. Definately a cache in trash out location. I filled a small bag while placing this cache. You can also look for Dover Dam Site cache while at the park. The origenal location got trashed so someone moved the cache about 15 ft. The coords will still get you within that 15ft. I redid the hint- its giveaway so don't look if you want a challange. I set "Stego the Small" TB free in this cache when placed.
