This is a cache to celebrate the birth of our daughter, Micro_geer. The cache is not at the posted coordinates. You have to do some simple math according to the instructions below to figure out where it is.
Our daughter, Ella, was born August 30, 2005 at 7:30pm. She weighed in at 8lbs 3oz and measured 1' 7-5/8" in length. We're very happy and proud of the new addition to our family. Particularly happy is our son, Matthew, who now has a caching companion closer in age to him. So now on my caching adventures I'll be carting around Lil_geer and Micro_geer with me. Believe me, there are NO plans for a Nano_geer.
To pay tribute to Micro_geer's mathmatical heritage, I decided to throw a simple little twist into this one. Take Ella's weight in kilograms and round to the nearest thousandth. Add this number to the minute portion of the northing coordinate above.
Take Ella's length in meters and round to the nearest thousandth. Add this number to the minute portion of the westing coordinate above. You now have the correct coordinates for the cache.
This micro is hidden well enough that innocent passers-by will not see it, but should be easy enough to find for anyone who is looking for it. It is hidden near Micro_geer's birthplace and offers a fantastic view, particularly in the mornings. It is very close to a paved bike path and close to a pay parking lot. Make sure you bring your own pencil as there isn't room for one in the cache.
