A daily vehicle parking permit is no longer needed to visit Washington state parks. The fee removal is the result of a new law passed by the Legislature and signed by the Governor. This is a state park, or you can park on the beach (4x4) and hike through the campground. If you are looking for "Shifting Sands" you are very close (at the trail head).
This is a kid oriented cache. The coords above are the first sign on a nature trail, and you will need to hike the whole trail to solve the puzzle. Its very simple, Field Mouse=0.
