Although not wheelchair accessible this one is easy.
You may not want to park on the side of the highway because it's dangerous enough, but you could park deep off the shoulder. I recommend that you turn West off the highway at N 40 15.436' W 112 44.425' then North at N 40 15.449' W 112 44.537', follow the tracks and you'll get there well enough. This area is "Open Range" so you may encounter a cow or two from time to time using the only shade available to them for miles. Please place the cache exactly back as you found it.
