IF you visit the Ghost Mining town of Monte Cristo, make sure to go a bit farther towards Glacier Falls. You can top off the hike at the Glacier and take a good look at the ice caves. But this cache is hidden before you actually reach the falls. On your way up from the vacant burg, you'll travel a mile or so up the trail and you may stop at the first river overhang for a spot of water and to soak in the view. THe falls are easily seen from here, but you are still 15 minutes off. At this wide spot in the road, you can find this cache.
