Located near Krashes Field at Princeton Park. Parking Coordinates N42.27.722, W71.51.742. Look for the yellow blazed trail off to the LEFT of the upper field, there is a slightly rocky start to get up to the trail head.
This is the first cache we have hidden and as we are a big soccer family we chose the newly developed park in Princeton. The park is a result of fund raising and hard work and finally is available for the kids to play soccer. It has transformed quite a lot from its old gravel pit days!
Parking is plentiful and the general coordinates are N42.27.722 W71.51.742. Do not drive up the paved path to the flag pole.
You will have to go to the back of the upper fields to get to the trail head. There is currently no sign so look for the yellow markers. It starts at the left hand corner at the top of the rocky slope. Once you get to the trail head turn around and you will have a great view of Wachusett Mountain in the distance. The trail has been marked with yellow blazes tied on trees and has a picnic table if you want to stop for a snack.
We went with a SPORTS THEME so please try to stick with it.
