This cache is located somewhere along the Anglesey Coastal Pathway on the south western part of the island. Bring a pen or pencil!
Begin your walk from N53 11.073 W004 29.160 where there are some parking spaces available. Heading onto the beach you'll see the Church in the sea - which can be visited at low tide, but be careful not to be caught out by the tide as it can change very rapidly. From the entrance to the beach head to the left and follow the beach around until tou see a set of small steps which take you onto the headland (pathway). Follow the marked pathway until you come to the fifth kissing gate with a large boulder in front of it. The cache is located nearby in a fairly obvious spot! Take in the views of the Peninsula to the south (best viewed on a sunny or clear day) and Aberffraw Bay to the south east. Further along the path is a Cairn on the headland overlooking the beach. The path eventually ends at Aberffraw village where you could continue along the original road that you drove down to park - making a nice round trip. The round trip is a good 3 miles in total and there are more direct routes to the cache past some farmhouses, but the suggested route takes in some stunning views. The path is not suitable for buggys and children should be supervised due to some fairly steep edges in some parts. The cache location and path can become muddy at times so a stout pair of boots or wellies are advisable after wet weather. Hope you enjoy the views and walk.
