The Town of Lunenburg, in Nova Scotia, Canada, was formally
established in 1753 as the first British Colonial settlement in
Nova Scotia outside of Halifax. In 1995, the World Heritage
Committee, under the auspices of UNESCO, recognized Lunenburg's
cultural and natural heritage by adding it to their World Heritage
List.

We hope that you enjoy discovering the town of Lunenburg. This will
take a few hours, so make a day trip out of this one if you like,
and take in other sights along the way. It is possible to do this
in 2 hours if you are just driving from one site to the other. Most
of the HINTS are located close together in downtown Lunenburg, so
you could walk to many of these, using the car or bike for the
final ones, on the outside of the town. This is not a hard cache-it
is meant to be fun and educational. The only thing that might be a
bit tricky is walking or biking up all those BIG hills in town! The
contents of the final cache are nautical themed when we started.
Bring something marine or nautically inspired if you have
something. Trade fair and have fun! At placement the cache
contained: 2 iron-on embroidered patches (shark and anchor),
lighthouse figuirine, fish windsock, starfish bath hooks, four
Driftwood Art Cards, Lunenburg Postcards, green netted bag, a FTF
certificate, a travel bug or 2...and lots of other great stuff.
ENJOY! Please note that the HINTS you will gather should be placed
in slots assigned with that HINT letter. See below.
i.e.-When you find the answer to HINT A place this in the first
slot, as your first digit to uncover the N coordinates.
