This cache is located close to Island Lake
This will be one of the prettiest areas especially as the leaves turn. You will first go through a stand of White Pine then a stand of large Maple trees. Follow East Cook Lake Road north from Taft Rd. The trail is on the east side of the road approximately .80 mi. from Taft Rd. This is a small green Folgers coffee can. Watch for deer, one was watching as I placed the cache. There are 4 wheelers, hikers, & horseback riders on the trail. Just park alongside the road to access the trail.
