Best Panoramic View Traditional Cache

This is one of the best 360° views of the area that you will find. Finding the cache is only an excuse for coming up to this spot.
This cache is located at the top of Steamboat Hill. From the top you have a 360° view of Reno, East, Mt Rose and Washoe Valley. You can drive a 4X4 to within a couple of hundred yards of the cache and then it is short hike UP! The jeep trail up the hill is rough and rutted. The area is rocky and there is no defined trail. When you get to the top enjoy the view.
The cache is the standard metal ammunition can hidden in the rocks (imagine that in Nevada)
