Geocache Description:

The cache is smaller than a film canister. It is located on highway
178. It is hidden in an unusual container. It is not close to the
flower bed or rocks surrounding the flowers, but on the other side
of the road. I give you this extra clue, as the coordinates do
bounce around. You have a choice of pull-offs on either side of the
road. . Bring your own pin.
