At the entrance of the big circus Traditional Cache

From the cache location, enjoy a great view on the high rockwalls and waterfalls of the Gavarnie circus. The cache is near a nice hiking trail linking the Circus, the Pailla meadows and the Gavarnie village that offer great view of the valley from high cornices while avoiding the crowd on the valley floor. For the whole round trip, the grass meadows of the left side of the river make a pleasant trip.

Depuis la cache, appréciez la vue sur la muraille rocheuse et les cascades du Cirque de Gavarnie. La cache est le long du sentier reliant le village et le cirque de Gavarnie par le chalet de Pailla, beau sentier en corniche permettant d'éviter la foule de la "voie classique" du fond de la vallée. Pour faire la boucle, les prairies de la rive gauche du gave sont très agréables.
