MiGO South east chapter first meet and greet. (At least my first)
Come one, come all to the first MiGO SE chapter M&G. The hours
will be 6:00 till 8:00PM. This will be a very informal event. Some
drinks and light snacks will be provided. If you would like to
bring something please do, but it's not required. The purpose of
this M&G is to just socialize. We'll talk about geocaching
issues such as placing caches, paperless caching, you name it. If
you are new to geocaching, this event will be for you.
This event will be held in Hartsig Park in Warren. Hartsig Park is
generally 1/2 mile south of 12 Mile Road and 3/8 mile east of
Dequindre Road. The park has a covered pavilion with picnic tables.
To keep costs down, I have not reserved the pavilion, but we should
not have an issue at this time of year on a Monday. I found out
that the bath rooms will be open from 6:00 to 8:00PM for the soccer
games that use this park. I'll be releasing a new cache for this
park at this event.
