Trixie Troll lost her trendy new wallet trudging to town. A tragedy! Her husband Trevor and their children Trina, Trent and Travis are traumatized. Can you help them find the wallet?
There's a parking spot near the trailhead at N47.03.074 W122.55.088
An accurate GP in this deep ravine was difficult to obtain. The above coordinates were the best I could average over many visits. Those who are WAAS enabled, or triangulators, or whatever please post the coordinates you come up with. So ... the following hints are essential. In fact you could do it with the hints alone.
1. Along the trail there are 6 bridges.
(Trixie lives under one of them.)
2. As you cross each bridge you'll be getting warm, warmer, warmest, hot, hotter ...
(Please appreciate the "Peace Bench". Trixie carved that all by herself.)
3. Continuing on, as you start to cross the 6th bridge you will be so hot your hair should be on fire.
4. No need to even leave the trail for this one.
By the way, Trixie says her wallet looks alot like a de-con container. More importantly, Trixie says there's a $5 reward in there for the FTF.
Gets a 3 for terrain because of the fairly steep descent at the beginning. I think kids would like this one, with counting the bridges and all.
