Geocache Description:

Our son placed this cache as a tribute to his dog, Tangles. Tangles is our 1 year old blue tick coonhound. Believe it or not, he's a berry picking hound. He will pick raspberries and blackberries right off the bushes. But only the ripe ones. Tangles helped our son scout out and pick this spot.

This is a dog themed cache. Please trade dog related items. The container is such that you can even leave rawhides. It can not be opened by wild animals, only human. Please only open the end that has been written on. Trade things for dogs and/or signature items.

Tangles wants to check the cache often for new treats. We can do that since we spent a lot of time across the lake. If you go to the water's edge, give a bark and maybe Tangles will bay back to you.

This cache can be accessed from all directions. It is closest from the east, but you will need a park pass (depending on the time of year). From the south it is the longest walk, but there is a small parking area about a mile from the cache and it's free. From the west it is about 1/2 mile off Welch Lake Rd. And from the north it is the very closest, but you'll need a boat.
