NidoMio: I visited the other day. The cache container is musty and obviously leaking - things are moldy. The locks are in need of some WD-40. It might be some time before I could get this back in shape (fix the weather seal, etc.) so I'm just archiving it.

Geocache Description:

This LARGE THEME cache is placed in honor and in memory of those displaced by or lost to hurricanes Katrina and Rita. The locked ammo box is painted to "fit in". Congratulations to Ellen & Clark Griswold on their master decryptology and subsequent FTF!!!

This cache container and all items in the cache are theme related, symbolically representing those items a hurricane evacuee might need. For example, bottled water, gas cards, phone cards, Wally bucks, travel hygiene items (like from hotels), etc.
And now the challenge: decipher the passwords, get into the cache, make your trade, make a stealthy return of the cache to its origin. The American Red Cross donated a water bottle and a key chain for the First and Second to find.

To decrypt the passwords to the padlocks, decipher the following code:
