Geocache Description:

A pleasant stroll along Riceville Pond on the Athol / Petersham border.

Parking can be found at N42 31.878 / W072 13.423. This parking area may be a bit mudding in the spring but if so, you can park roadside.

You will have a great stroll along the pond for about a 1/3 of a mile, then an easy bushwack for about 300 feet through old woodlands.

As with all my caches if the first few finders could let me know what they think the rating is, I would appriciate it and adjust as needed.

There is a leather satchel made by Nancy and a Candle holder done as a craft project by Cheeseburger for the FTF and 2TF. Other goodies starting out in the cache are: 2 visor cd holders, mini FM radio, clip on watch, ps/2 mouse, pedometer, a 2006 daily planner, NxTier Technologies keychain led light, Frankenstein stuffed toy.
