This cache is located in a St.Charles City Park. The park has four lakes. All the lakes have wide black topped trails around them. Great for biking, walking and fishing. There is a skate board park next to one of the lakes.
You are looking for a small clear vial with a white top. Sometimes the creek may be out of its bank and the cache will not be accessible from the Wilderness Park parking lot. However, there are other places to park on the other side of Hwy 370.
I've been asked several times what the meaning of the name is. Well, quite a few years ago, I placed a cache under the 370 bridge down at the other end of the lake. One cacher told me that he would not look for it because of its location and something about terrorism. I never was totally comfortable with its location, so I archived it and placed a new cache in a billboard not too far from the present location and named it TERRORIST TERRITORY. Some time later he told me that he liked the name, so I changed it to TERR TERR. One night I received a call from a cacher telling me "it's gone". The whole billboard, cache and all was gone. So I hid the cache in the present location and named it IT'S GONE.
At times there may be standing water at the cache site.
