Geocache Description:

This is our first geocache placement. It's very easy. Please have fun finding it.

This cache is one of four along this section of Highway #3 in an area called the Pickering Hills.
If you are traveling from Cranbrook East towards Fernie you cross over the Kootenay River Bridge right near a turnoff to a little town of Wardner. Right after crossing the bridge you see the turnoff to the Kootenay Trout Hatchery which is the Wardner - Ft. Steele road. From this juction stay on Higway #3 East for 8.0 kms then turn off to the left ( North ). Right away you cross a cattleguard and see a Pickering Hills Access Management sign. Park Here. You are very near the cache so let your GPS help you out.
