An easy park and grab that anyone can get. A brand new parking
lot needed a new cache, so here it is.
This is a typical "parking lot" type of hide that you have all
seen before. There will probably be muggles around most of the
time, so please be discreet.
Please reseal the cache container tightly, and rehide carefully.
