Geocache Description:

Cache is not at the coordinates listed above. This is a projection cache. Parking is available at N43° 13.790 W073° 42.403.

This cache is in Moreau Lake State Park and is a tribute to a very special friend and geocacher. When this guy runs into a projection cache he simply pulls out the old magnetic compass and paces off the required steps at the given bearing. Sure it gets him to the cache, most of the time, but it can be done on the GPSr too. To find this cache go to the posted coordinates on the cache page. At those coordinates you will find a utility pole. From this pole travel in a general Northerly direction two more poles. Now at this second pole project a waypoint 362 ft at 45° and go find the cache. Now Mike, lets see you "Pace This" and Becky, if he does I want a picture of him half way there.
