Local folks listen to the Blues Box radio program that is
aired Friday mornings on the Public Radio for Acadiana station. It
offers four hours of contemporary and roots blues music to the
people of southwest Louisiana. I have often turned on and tuned in
to this program.
But this is a box of a different nature. It’s not the Blues
Box, but Blue’s Box and your challenge is to find it and sign the
log.
You will be searching for a multi-cache with four stages. All
stages are in and around the city of Lake Charles. Each stage was
chosen as a pretty location in its own right (was true before Rita
came to town). To make life easier for you, the stages have been
arranged to keep you moving forward. Enjoy the ride. Parking is
never far away.
There is no need to bushwhack, cross private property, do
anything perilous or collect $200 dollars. If you find yourself
considering any of these options, then please stop and try again.
Have fun and good luck! Please bring a pen for the logbook.
