Curious Joe: Looks like new plans are being laid out here. I snuck into the now fenced off area and looked for my cache container, but it is gone and buried. Hopefully, the new construction will have better luck than last time. You win some, you lose some. Thanks to all who found it!

Geocache Description:

Sometimes the best laid plans just don't come together. Here is a prime example. You are looking for a mid-sized Rubbermaid container.

If they build it, they will come...well not always. This was/is supposed to be an extension of the existing mobile home park. The road is there and just about everything else...except the mobile homes. They made it too expensive for the mobile home owners, so instead of homes you have trees and bushes sprouting up. The road off of Hwy 99 is Russell Way.
