Off a trail near Beede Falls and Cow Cave. Park at 43.49.551N, 071.29.543W. Road is closed in winter, parking area is about .6 miles from where they close it.
Read interesting story about a cow at the parking area, it's cool. Follow well marked trail with yellow blazes to the "Cow Cave". From there, follow trail downstream along the river, then bushwack from the lower falls area. If it's hot you may want to bring a swim suit and play in the water to cool off (getting wet is not necessary to find this cache). Winter ice and spring run-off could make the terrain rating a higher difficulty. Rocks can be slippery. Cache is an ammo can, and starts with the normal cache type goodies, including some of our trademark local minerals, and a nice toy for the first finder. Please close the ammo box back up properly so it stays waterproof.
