Turn right onto Champagagne Ave from Tehachapi Willow Springs Road going South.
Where did these foundations come from? This is a site that I found many years ago and is one of a group of foundations that are in the middle of nowhere. What were the buildings used for and when were they used?
Revisited 9-24 found that these foundations are aligned in a Northerly direction. Found 10 identical foundations some with plumbing and electricity, others seem to be without. Must be military....I agree with Larito.
