This is the first Geocache hidden in Cameron, Texas. ( At least to my knowledge.)
This is a small cache that contains a small pencil, a log and a few small items. It is cammoed to blend in with the surroundings and has a small hint of frustration. Be careful, this cache contains those little pains that go along with geocaching; Thorns, ants, etc.
Located in Wilson Ledbetter Park on the south side of Cameron, in the 1000 block of south College Ave at Henderson St.
Directions are off of Texas Highway 36, turn onto FM 1600 and go south. Turn left onto College Ave. Go across the railroad tracks. The park is located approximately 3/10 of a mile from the railroad. Turn into the park at the stone entrance. You will see the American Legion Post #9 and an old Iron Bridge.
Wilson Ledbetter Park is a rustic and beautiful park with a place to fish and picnic areas.
There are muggles at any given time of the day. Please try and keep the location of this hide a secret.
Beware of Phantoms near by.
