This cache is located on Otter Point Creek in Harford County, MD.

The closest legal put-in is on the side of US 40 at a roadside
picnic area. Other boat launch locations have not been researched.
It may be possible (and fun) to find this cache at night, if a
legal parking spot was found.
Please check the tides before seking this cache. I used a canoe to
place this cache at low tide. Captains of larger boats may want to
approach this area at high tide.
The cache is in an obvious hiding spot. Please cover the cache
totally when you are done, as the spot is very obvious to
geocachers. We do not want anyone else to see the cache.
