You need to get to Dunk Island first. Jumping off point is Mission Beach by ferry, water taxi, sea kayak or private boat. We sea kayak and recommend Coral Sea Kayaking for rental or commercial trips. There are a couple of wonderful walks on the island.
Well made track to Koo Too Loo - and what a view!
The cache is to the east of the lookout in a tree stump.
