Geocache Description:

This is a two-waypoint-and-then-final multicache as follows:

WP 1 Go to the coordinates posted at the top of this webpage and work your way left-to-right facing the artwork answering the questions shown below titled "WP 1 Mathematics" and then use those directions in order to calculate the coordinates for WP 2
WP 2 Find the manhole cover located at the coordinates calculated in WP 1.  On this manhole (personhole?) cover is a four digit number beginning with "21".  Use this four digit number in the section below titled "WP 2 Mathematics" and then use those directions in order to calculate the coordinates for the Final.
Final Use the coordinates calculated in WP 2 to find the final cache!  Now - go find it!!!

WP 1 Mathematics

All of the questions in this section can be answered by viewing the artwork beginning at the coordinates posted above.  Note that this is all thanks to the City Of Olympia / East Bay Neighborhood and the paint was donated by Kelly Moore Paint.

WP2 Mathematics

The final cache can be found circa X1 feet away from the manhole cover heading Southeast from the manhole cover by applying the hint!

where:

X1 = the last two digits of that 4 digit number (the two digits after the "21") found on the manhole cover. (I have been told that there are two
4 digit numbers beginning with "21".  The number that you desireth is NOT 2191)
