This micro cache is near a lovely paved walking trail with meandering views of Emeryville Marina and San Francisco Bay. Cache seekers can walk, ride their bikes, or park close by. This cache has been muggled, relocated, and replaced numerous times. PLEASE WATCH FOR MUGGLES WHEN FINDING AND REHIDING. This location is usually very busy. Even if you can’t see the muggles, they may be watching you from their boats. Bring your own pencil and TB’s to visit, but not to stay.
The cach is named In and Out, not because it is a hamburger drive through, but because you can watch the tide go, In and Out, fishing boats go In and Out the harbor, Boats going In and Out of the water on the boat ramp, people going In and Out the gate to the docks, and a pump Out of what when In.
This cache has been muggled, relocated, and replaced numerous times. Please use extreme stealth, MUGGLES ARE WATCHING by land, boat, dock, and bay. You do not need to leave the paved area., thrash through bushes or get wet. The cache is too small for any items other than a log . Use the hint to zero in for a quick find and accurate rehide. Bring your own writing instrument.
