Difficulty is less if you drive between stages. Very close parking at stage 1. No bushwacking to speak of for either stage. Can be done in shorts.
The coordinates will take you to the first stage of this cache. It's very small, and only contains partial coordinates for stage 2. Stage 2 is a camouflaged container, which can hold several small trading items.
Use the partial coordinates at stage 1 to complete this:
N 41° 44.XXX W 088° 14.XXX
Getting to stage 2 is a nice long walk which will take you to a connecting park to the east. I wouldn't suggest walking along 83rd street, although that's possible. You'd be better off going north a little, and following the greenway east to the cache. You can also drive to a few closer locations.
