This cache is located on “Green Acres” land called Otto Farm Park between Wertsville Road and Montgomery Road near the border of Hunterdon and Somerset counties. This is a very pleasant area and we hope you enjoy your hike. Round trip to the cache is under 1.5 miles.
Park at N 40° 28.699 W 74° 45.210. Stay on the main trail and head for N 40° 28.418 W 74° 44.984, at which point you will see a trail that crosses a creek(the blue trail). Note that there are other places to cross the creek before you reach these coordinates, but we recommend you follow our suggestion. If you cross before this, we wish you good fortune. Continue on the blue trail until you are about 350-400 ft. from the cache -- then bushwhack your way to GZ (easy bushwhack). There is some barbed wire near GZ -- please be careful. We're not sure how hard it will be to cross the creek if it rains a lot. Use your judgment on this. The cache contains a NJ Geocoin and a VHS tape of Men in Black, along with other goodies. We will leave it up to the FTF to decide what they would like to take. Please be aware of muggles across the creek from the cache and please replace the cache as you found it. NOTE: 12/4/13 -- the original hiding place was demolished -- so we moved it a few feet to another hiding spot.
