Found this location while we were out and about... we couldn't identify the common bond between these people, quite an interesting location!

As a result of this placement, we've since learned a bit about this place... check "Poor House" Cemetery for a little bit of history...

As a result of our neighboring legislature's efforts with South Carolina Bill H.3777, there is a heightened level of sensitivity towards any cache in/near and mentioning a burial grounds. Our original intent was to place this cache along the perimeter of this cemetery. Any one who is associated with this cemetery is more than hesitant to 'allow' geocaching here. There are ample locations nearby to place this cache...

As a result... this is a typical(?) plaza location... good luck!

Please feel free to pay respect to the lost souls at the top of the hill, just don't 'geocache' there!

03/16/06 - changed location ever so slightly...
07/19/06 ... upped the terrain 1/2 star - only because, if I were in a wheelchair, it would be just ever so more challenging... 1-1 are supposed to be wheelchair accessible, and although one might (and probably would) be able to grab this one in a wheelchair, I'm not sure I'd encourage it... especially after a rain...
