NEW LOCATION
Due to muggle and twitcher issues, I've replaced the cache with
one at a higher altitude, in a whole new location. It's now a 35mm
film can, in an well visited area. You'll have to use extreme
stealth if you visit the cache during the daytime.
Given the new location, the difficulty level drops to 1 if you
take the telepherique. You don't have to leave the path, so no need
to go cross-country, or take any dangerous climbs for this one.
If you walk up through the garden by the Porte de France,
remember they close the gates in the evening. The other routes
further to the East appear to remain open throughout the night.

Hopefully this cache will last longer than the last one.
