This is the second of two caches on picturesque Lilly Mountain
Parking coordinates: N40 23.844 W078 33.836
Start your journey on rt 53 north of Portage in Lilly Boro area. Look for Mountain Road. This road begins with a paved surface and transitions into a dirt gravel road which is not maintained in the winter time. The parking area is 3.46 miles from rt 53. Park in the Game Lands Parking area. You can also park at the Latamore Parking area and it is a short walk to the mud puddle gate. The last 50 feet or so require a little bushwacking. This is a nice walk where you may see a wide variety of wildlife. Be sure to wear fluorescent orange during the hunting season as this area is hunted heavily. We have placed a camera in the camo container. Please take a picture of yourself and return the camera to the container. Good luck and trust your GPS.
