Geocache Description:


27 Jan 06-With the troubles over the coords, I did a survey over a couple days with my GPS. The new coords are the result of that survey.

31 Dec 05- I had to replace the cache because it was muggled. I moved it to another spot about 15 feet away from the orignal location. The new coords are reflected above.

My son goes to Olympia High, home of the Olympia Bears. I am also orignally from Illinois so quite naturally I am a Chicago Bears Fan. I noticed this patch of woods across from Olympia High. Nice wooded area. According to the sign on the outside of the woods it was a tree farm for some project back in 1977. Another good place for a cache. The FTF has his/her choice of Chicago Bears magnets or a small bear.
