Geocache Description:

A quick and fairly easy multi in the Stetson Hollow area of the GMNF.

In the summer I leave the approach to each cacher but the winter requires parking on the side of Route 100. Contrary to the sign at the end of the road, Stetson Hollow Road is not a private road. It is an unmaintained town road so you are on your own to decide when to drive and when to park.

Prior warning: This zone is open for hunting so dress accordingly if you visit Oct-Dec.

The entire cache is a relatively short, flat walk, even if you start from the first parking area or Rt 100 (in winter). The early stages are micros and the final is a regular sized container.

The area is more scenic in the winter and makes a nice snowshoe or xc ski outing.

The FF "prize" is Crashco sig #2, so it may not appeal to all. Other original contents include a Maple Leaf ball imported directly from Canada and the all-important used golf ball.
