This cache is located in a nice, grassy park.
NOTE: This cache is now a micro cache. Due to destruction of last hiding place, and the subsequent relocation, it is now a micro cache housing a log only. Bring your own pen. Although this park is actually named Lovelace Park, it has always been known to our family as Whee Park. Our oldest daughter named it so when she was a toddler and liked to swing on the swings and shout “WHEE!” This park is a great play place for children of all ages. It also includes tennis and basketball courts. There is a nice pond here as well. Our family comes here to sled every winter. Although the hill can be crowded, it is one of the best around. Your GPS should work well in this park, although there have been reports of anomalies. Parking is just ESE of the cache off Ridge Rd. You don't need to venture on to private property to reach this cache, it is accessible from the park grounds.
