This cache is almost a drive-up. I intended it to be easy to get a lot of traffic. The cache was created by my Cub Scout Den. Learn more about scouting here: http://www.scouting.org
The location is a great spot in Dunkirk, Calvert County property. The property borders the Patuxent, and is used for hiking, fishing, and hunting. The hunting area is on the back end adjacent to the river. The cache is near the entrance so accidental interference with hunters shouldn’t be an issue. Please be courteous to hunters. Deer season runs Oct-Jan, please use caution if exploring the area.
PLEASE STAY TO THE WEST OF THE PATH. Much of the land on the East side of the path is Private Property.
You’ll need to move the hiding material to access the cache, please hide it well when you’re finished.
