This is a now a TWO stage cache 'cause the maintenance crew took away the first part!! 
It is in a pretty little park surrounded by Kerrigan Circle, right off Rt. 776 in El Jobean. There is a play set, basketball court and a lighted picnic/shelter area with barbeque grill.
The above coordinates are for the first stage. When you find the get there relax and look around for the Dedication Sign. You will get the last 3 numbers for both lat/long of the final stage by assigning the most prevalent "Post #" as "ABCDE" and applying the letters as follows.
Final Stage Coords are N26 58.AAA and W82 12.ECA
The Final Cache is a 2" container with a log only.
