Large treasure in Tyron Park, guarded by the dead who dared seek it out. Yo ho ho. TWO BIG CACHES FOR THE WORK OF ONE!
Park on Tryon Park Street, before crossing bridge. This treasure chest is hidden by a series of waterfalls near one of the first settlements in the area (Tryon City). Return cache as found!
BONUS: Check Navicache.com for the Indian Falls cache at N 43° 09.830' W 077° 32.220'. It is closer to the waterline than I would have placed it, but it's been there for almost three years and is still dry.
