Near a sidewalk in a quiet residential area east of the "Val Verda" archway.
In 1913 a Salt Lake City developer purchased and began development of 200 one-acre lots on a hillside between North Salt Lake City, and Bountiful, Utah. The area soon became known as Val Verda, a name conceived by the original developer. It is a contraction of the Spanish words Valle Verda which when properly translated into English means green valley. This geocache is located within that valley, on Davis Boulevard in Davis County.
